Bill has over 16 years in valuation experience with UCS Pigeon-Roy and The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) encompassing a wide range of assignments including with UCS Pigeon-Roy; Reserve Fund Studies, Insurance, Residential and Commercial Appraisals. With the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation; re-evaluating property values as a result of Request for Reconsideration, representing MPAC before the Assessment Review Board, including preparation and presentation of evidence and submissions, and conducting industry standard sales ratio studies and review and finalizes values for release of new valuation base year. Wayne Cryderman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Allison University.
